Onderwerp: Mooring in the summer weeks

Hello,

My partner and kids are down in Almere now as her family had some sickness and death, while Im back here in Norway working. I will sail down and visit them in my vacation, starting last week of June. I see keeping my boat a month at Marina Muiderzan is a big chunk of the wallet.
Is there a marketplace where people rent out there spots, or is there moorings or buoys you can rent for cheaper?
My boat is a Trintella 3a, 35 foot ketch.

The only moorings I know in the netherlands are in Hoorn. Owned by the city. Costa per night?
Another option is anchoring in Enkhuizen! Shallow and normally 10 euro per night. Maybe you can make a deal?
Last option is anchoring nearby Muiden. Shallow behind the small island.

You can also try to anchor in de bay of Blocq van Kuffeler, for free. The harbour of The Block is not so expensive as marina,s. For a longer stay you can make a deal with the Harbourmaster of duty.

These berths are not guarded, but if you sleep on the boat you will be allright. You could also try to make a deal with the harbourmaster of the Blocq van Kuffeler van Kuffeler and see if he is willing to make a deal for a week or two weeks at a better rate.
Or make a mix of staying at the free berths and staying in the marina Blocq van Kuffeler.

along that canal is not possible anymore, but you can stay at the campingsite overthere, also reachable by car. we payed 15€ for 38ft, showers included. Look up; Waterhout.

Thank you for all the responses. Ive sent an email to Blocq. We will be spending some time on land w family, so dont like to leave the boat on anchor, but for sure would like to explore on some trips around the lake.

Unfortunately Blocq did not have any availability as the harbour was full.Ill look into the campground mentioned.
